Return Policy

Want to make a return? No problem! You can do so just by following the guidelines below.

A. Fill in the Return Form included in your order parcel.

B. Ship the full or partial order within 14 days after your receival to the following address:

C. Make sure that returning product(s) must be in excellent condition with all labels and tags attached.  Include in the return parcel the return form and the receipt you received in the order parcel.

Further to the Return, you have the following options:

A. Product change.  You can change the product with another any other in the e-shop www.dors.gr.  

B. Refund.  You can be refunded 10-14 working days after the goods have been returned, with the same payment method you used.

Attention:

- Cash on Delivery charges will not be returned.

- The customer will take care of return shipping costs.

- Product Change or refund will only take place if all the above terms have been abided by.
